Orders are shipped within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
We ship from within the Philippines via J&T Express, and delivery usually takes around one week. Delivery is available to most areas across the Philippines.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available — please pay the J&T rider in cash when your order arrives.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
The tracking number will be provided in the shipping confirmation email, so you can check the delivery status from there after shipment.
We do not accept cancellations or returns.
Exchanges are accepted only for unused items and only for a different size of the same product, subject to availability.
