Terms of service

Article 1 (Application of the Terms)
These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) set forth the conditions for using the online store and related services (hereinafter referred to as the “Services”) provided by WBSB (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”). Users shall use the Services upon agreeing to the Terms.

Article 2 (Registration)
To use the Services, users must complete the registration process and provide accurate and up-to-date information. If any false information is found, the Company may suspend or delete the user’s account at its discretion.

Article 3 (Fees and Payment Methods)
Some of the Services may be subject to fees. The amount and method of payment shall be determined by the Company. Users shall promptly pay the fees displayed using the specified payment methods.

Article 4 (Subscription and Cancellation)
For subscription products, charges and deliveries will continue unless the user takes steps to cancel. Cancellations must be made in the manner specified by the Company a certain number of days before the next renewal date.

Article 5 (Product Delivery)
Products will be delivered to the address registered by the user. Delivery dates are as indicated on the product page or in the order confirmation email. Ownership and risk are transferred to the user upon delivery to the carrier.

Article 6 (Returns and Cancellations)
Returns and cancellations will be handled in accordance with the Company’s Return Policy. Returns or cancellations due to customer preference may not be accepted. For damaged or defective items, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.

Article 7 (Prohibited Acts)
Users must not engage in any of the following acts:
(1) Violations of laws or public order and morals
(2) Infringement of the rights of others
(3) Providing false information
(4) Interference with the Services or unauthorized access
(5) Any other act deemed inappropriate by the Company

Article 8 (Intellectual Property Rights)
All content on the Services (such as images, text, logos, and videos) is the property of the Company or its rights holders. Users may not use such content beyond the scope of private use without prior written permission.

Article 9 (Disclaimer)
The Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the Services, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence. This includes delays, interruptions, or damages due to unauthorized third-party access.

Article 10 (Handling of Personal Information)
Personal information obtained from users will be handled appropriately in accordance with the Company’s Privacy Policy. For details, please refer to the Privacy Policy published on the Company’s website.

Article 11 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising in connection with the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court with jurisdiction over the location of the Company’s head office.
